Connecting Home is a dedicated, culturally safe support service for Stolen Generations Survivors and their families across South-East Australia.
Our Mission is to support Stolen Generations and their families on their journeys towards healing and to help them continue to build resilience and cultural strength. We work collaboratively with our partner agencies and related services to deliver the best care we can for our clients.
